Mandar Marathe

Mandar Marathe is an experienced data engineer currently serving as a Lead GCP Data Engineer at EXL since July 2022, where Mandar leads the design and implementation of a scalable data processing framework named 'data-refinery' using Scala Spark. Previously, Mandar held positions as a Big Data Developer at Clairvoyant LLC and Module Lead at Persistent Systems, where responsibilities included gathering requirements, identifying challenges, and translating complex business needs into robust distributed applications. Mandar's career began with roles as a Software Engineer and Project Trainee, gaining industry exposure and developing data processing pipelines in the Telecom Media domain. Mandar is educated with a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
