Mayur Dhamale

Mayur Dhamale is an experienced Operations Manager currently overseeing a team of 25 voice and 20 back office users while managing finance processes for payment collection and revenue management for a major client. They previously migrated processes for a utility company, having traveled twice to the UK for documentation and mapping. With a background in roles from Executive to Operations Manager at EXL from 2006 to 2009, Mayur has also served as a Deputy Manager at Wipro from 2022 to 2025.
