Nusrat Rahim

Nusrat Rahim is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at EXL since May 2022, Nusrat previously held roles at R1 RCM, including Director and General Manager of Human Resources from February 2020 to May 2022. Nusrat's tenure at EXL from 2008 to 2020 encompassed positions such as Global Employee Relations Head, Senior Assistant Vice President, and various managerial roles. Prior experience includes working as Assistant Manager at Vertex and Team Leader in Human Resources at iGATE Global Solutions, following early career development as a Senior Executive at Info Edge India Ltd. Nusrat holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
