Paul McSweeney

Paul McSweeney is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and commercial management across various sectors, notably in technology-enabled services and healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of European Operations at EXL, Paul McSweeney oversees P&L responsibilities for multiple accounts across Eastern Europe. Previous roles include Global Account General Manager at DXC Technology, Chief Operating Officer at Capita Customer Solutions, and Group Chief Operating Officer for the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group. Paul McSweeney also held the position of CEO at the Local Government Management Agency and Assistant National Director at the Health Service Executive, where strategic change management was emphasized. An early career included significant roles at Microsoft and the Defence Forces. Paul McSweeney holds an M.Sc. in IT from Dublin City University and a B.Comm. from University College Dublin.
