Pradeep B. is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of diverse corporate experience in Business Finance, Reporting, Controlling, FP&A, Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at EXL Services, Pradeep successfully manages controllership activities for the Spain Market. Previously, in a major role as Business Finance Controller at Capgemini, Pradeep led a high-performing team managing a €200M portfolio and acted as the deputy CFO for an APAC service line with a €150M turnover. Pradeep holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of C.A. of India and a B.Com degree from Gujarat University.
