Prashant Chibber

Prashant Chibber is currently serving as Vice President for Banking & Financial Services at EXL since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading solutioning and service delivery operations across India, South America, and the Philippines, managing a P&L exceeding $100 million, and developing products for the banking and capital markets industry. Prior to this role, Prashant was a Global Business Manager at Arvato Financial Solutions, overseeing global account management for a business line generating over $75 million in revenue. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Bank of America, and roles at Convergys, EXL Service, and GE Capital, all contributing to extensive expertise in operations, customer service, and team management. Prashant Chibber holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a degree in Risk and Insurance Management.
