Prashant Poddar

Prashant Poddar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance finance and administration sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Insurance F&A Practice Leader at EXL since June 2020, Prashant has led various practices, focusing on P&C, L&A, and Healthcare sectors. Prior to EXL, Prashant worked at GENPACT for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included service delivery leadership for a global specialty insurance client and managing finance transformation projects. Early career experience includes a consultancy role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Prashant specialized in shared services and business modeling, as well as audit management positions at various firms from 2001 to 2005.
