Rakesh Sachdeva

Rakesh Sachdeva is the Global Head of Private Equity Practice & Alliances at EXL, where they drive strategic initiatives and oversee a range of operations. Previously, Rakesh held several key leadership roles at EXL, including Vice President & Geography Head for the Americas and LATAM, playing a critical role in the company's geographic expansion and operational optimization. Rakesh's experience also includes a tenure as a Business Leader at Xchanging. They earned a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
