Reimar Quinto

Reimar Quinto has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a diverse background across several roles and companies. Starting as an HR Assistant for Employee Relations at APAC Customer Services from July 2007 to November 2008, responsibilities included conducting exit interviews and managing attrition reports. Reimar progressed to HR Analyst and HR Generalist, focusing on policy audits, recommendations, and employee relations issues. Experience at GENPACT as Employee Relations Manager and StarTek as HR Business Partner further developed skills in employee orientation, guidance on company policies, and retention initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at EXL since January 2017, Reimar's educational background includes a degree in AB Psychology from De La Salle University.
