Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar is an accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience in digital transformation and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at EXL since June 2017, Ritesh spearheads initiatives in cloud strategies, technology eco-systems, and digital transformation, while managing technical onboarding for mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Project Manager at MothersonSumi Infotech & Designs Ltd., where Ritesh led the implementation of complex Oracle ERP solutions and played a key role in achieving CMM and CMMi level 5 certifications. Ritesh began the career as a Team Leader at Aithent, focusing on legacy and web application development. Ritesh holds an MBA in Finance from Amity University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, specializing in Blockchain, while also holding an M.Sc. in IT and a B.A. in Maths.
