Rommel Arcilla, MBA, is a seasoned leader in the BPO sector, currently serving as Vice President for Operations at EXL Service. With over a decade of experience, Rommel has successfully managed multiple operational functions and large-scale projects, consistently achieving client-focused results that enhance customer experiences and reduce costs. Previously, Rommel held various leadership roles at Teleperformance and UnitedHealth Group, overseeing operations and training initiatives. Rommel holds a BS in Agricultural Economics and an MBA, both from the University of the Philippines.
