Sharlin Kothari

Sharlin Kothari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in credit card portfolio management and analytics. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President at EXL since October 2016, Sharlin has held multiple managerial roles, contributing to projects for one of the top 100 credit card issuers and a mid-size financial institution in the US, as well as working on a proof of concept project for a major Indian multi-port operator. Prior to EXL, Sharlin worked as an Analyst at IQR Consulting Inc. and as a Design Engineer at Globaltech India Pvt. Ltd., where key responsibilities included programming embedded boards and hardware debugging. Sharlin holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from Amrut Mody School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Charusat University.
