Shashank Kumar

Shashank Kumar currently serves as Vice President II and Head of Cyber Security & GRC at EXL since February 2022. Prior to this role, Shashank held various positions at Fiserv from March 2010 to February 2022, including Senior Director and Director focused on Cyber Risk, Controls, BCP, and Compliance. Shashank also worked at Zensar Technical Ltd as a Technical Consultant from January 2007 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from BIT Mesra (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from the same institution (2000-2004), along with early education at Bishop Westcott Boys' School.
