Sushmitha Rao

Sushmitha Rao is a Cloud and MLOps Engineer at EXL, where they develop and deploy NLP models and LLM-powered systems using advanced cloud technologies. Sushmitha holds a Master of Technology in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. Previously, Sushmitha served as a Teaching Assistant at IIT Kanpur, assisting students in computational fluid dynamics and CAD. They are skilled in implementing end-to-end MLOps pipelines and passionate about creating scalable AI solutions.
