Currently serving as Senior Manager in Employee Relations at EXL since October 2022, Veena previously worked at PINKERTON, where responsibilities included various HR functions from September 2013 to October 2022. Veena's expertise encompasses resourcing and recruitment, selection and testing, orientation training, HRMS system management, training and development, performance management, employee relationship management, and exit management systems. Additionally, initial HR experience was gained at MSL from August 2009 to September 2013.
