Vikrant Saraswat

Vikrant Saraswat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and strategic initiatives within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Consulting at EXL since December 2019, Vikrant manages c-suite relationships and leads a team focused on high-impact transformation for senior insurance executives. Previously, Vikrant held the role of VP of Strategic Initiatives at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included envisioning the future of work and driving process improvements. At Chubb, Vikrant was instrumental in assessing automation opportunities as VP of Strategic Initiatives for Robotics and Machine Learning. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Deloitte Consulting as Senior Manager, providing consultation for key clients and achieving significant business growth, and at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, advising executives on business portfolio valuations. Vikrant holds a Master's degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
