Dejvis Pale

Dejvis (Davy) Pale is currently the Chief Engineer at Exmar, where they ensure the safe and efficient operation of the ship's propulsion machinery and auxiliary systems. With over nine years in this role and a STCW III/2 certificate, they bring extensive expertise in TIG and REL welding, marine engine repairs, and boat design. Davy has more than 23 years of welding experience and has spent nearly three decades building boats, showcasing their passion for marine engineering. They previously worked as a self-employed boat mechanic and freelance welder before advancing through various engineering positions at Exmar. Davy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from The Maritime High School in Kotor.
