Marc Bernier

Marc Bernier is a board member at EXMceuticals and a founding partner in multiple FinTech, software platforms, and SaaS companies.

Bernier has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Marc started their career as a partner in Unizest Aspire Acccount, a money management software company. Marc then went on to co-found MoneyMona, a financial education platform, and Bank Kernel, a banking software company.

In 2015, Bernier co-founded EXMceuticals, a biotech company that believes in the potential health and wellness benefits of hemp and cannabis. EXM is an emerging player in the market, with high ambitions and the potential to become a large-scale producer of high-grade EU GMP cannabis and hemp ingredients. EXM is building a world-class extraction and refining facility near Lisbon, Portugal, which will scale towards producing API-Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients-grade cannabis material.

Bernier left their role as Chief Strategy Officer at EXMceuticals in Summer 2019 but remained subsequently involved as a board member. Marc is also a founding partner in multiple FinTech, software platforms, and SaaS companies, including Cash on Time and Skrols.
