Bryan McDonald has extensive work experience in various industries. Bryan started their career as a Store Manager at Farmfoods LTD, where they were responsible for all aspects of supermarket operations. Bryan then worked at ISSIMediaSystems SLU as a Customer Service Team Leader and Financial Fraud Prevention Specialist. In this role, they handled user inquiries, performed investigations, and managed a team of agents.
Later, Bryan joined Estrella Management as a CS Department Manager, where they implemented procedures and systems to provide top-notch customer service in the online adult entertainment industry. Bryan then moved to ExoClick, a major online ad network, where they held multiple positions. Bryan initially served as a Customer Services Agent before becoming a Customer Services Team Leader and then the Head of Compliance. In their final role at ExoClick, Bryan was the Director of Compliance, responsible for defining and implementing compliance strategies and resolving escalated compliance issues.

Bryan McDonald attended Torry Academy from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Higher Grade degree in Chemistry, Management and Information Studies, Geography, Music, Mathematics, and Information and Technology. From 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Aberdeen, where they studied Land Law, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Environmental Studies, and Town and Country Planning. Additionally, they have a certification in Team Management from an online Harvard University course.
