Bill Johns

Project Engineer at Exodigo

Bill Johns has had a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Bill started their career at Common Ground Alliance (CGA) in 2005, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors until 2010. Bill then joined SPEC Services in 1990 as a Principal Project Manager, handling petroleum transportation projects and coordinating pipeline and utility handling on major transportation and development projects. In 2014, they joined Utility Coordinating, Inc. (UtiliCoor) as the Vice President/Project Manager, specializing in coordinating design and construction of underground utilities with civil and transportation projects. Currently, Bill is working at Exodigo as a Project Engineer, starting in 2023. Additionally, they have actively served as a Board Member for the California Underground Facilities Safe Digging Board since 2017, advocating for safe excavation and work practices affecting underground facilities.

Bill Johns attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1975 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
