Robin V. has worked in a variety of roles in the security and software engineering fields since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a Malware Analyst at Kaspersky Lab Benelux. In 2009, they took on a Freelance Security Consultant role at codeinject.org and a Volunteer Programmer role at State off Art Metal Store VOF. In 2010, they began working as an ATM Services Manager at ING. In 2012, they completed a Graduation Internship at Onsight Solutions BV and in 2013, they began working as a Software Engineer at the same company. In 2014, they took on a role as an Engineer at Atrax Research, where they focused on Exploit Development, Vulnerability Research, Implant Design, and Advanced Adversary Emulation. In 2015, they began working as a Security Consultant at Madison Gurkha B.V., where they audited Source Code, Applications, and Networks, conducted Red Teaming, and educated developers on IT-Sec. In 2017, they took on a role as a Senior Security Specialist at Secura - formerly known as Madison Gurkha - where they focused on Security Consultancy, with a special focus on IoT (Tech Lead) and Source Code Analysis. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Exodus Intelligence as a Nday Leading Researcher and Vulnerability Researcher - Technical Team Lead, where they were responsible for exploiting bugs in commonly used software and writing actionable intelligence reports about vulnerabilities for their clients.

Robin V. completed a Highschool Degree at Maaswaal College from 2002 to 2006. Robin then went on to obtain an MBO in Application Design from ROC Nijmegen from 2006 to 2010. Finally, they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Application Development and IT Security and Management from Fontys Hogescholen from 2010 to 2013.
