Deputy General Counsel

Blake Rizzo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Exodus since April 2024, Blake also founded Blake E. Rizzo Law Firm, PLLC in January 2019, providing counsel on a variety of issues related to decentralized finance, crypto lending, non-fungible tokens, and more. As the Executive Director of the Houston Blockchain Alliance, Blake promotes blockchain technology within the Houston community. Additionally, Blake acts as a legal advisor for the Litecoin Foundation and co-founded the Tour de Crypto, focusing on charitable initiatives through cycling. With a legal career beginning in 1996, Blake was previously a partner at McCloskey Roberson, PLLC and worked as a Senior Associate at Porter Hedges LLP. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from LSU Law and a B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University, graduating Cum Laude.
