Mathieu Joyeux has extensive experience in production and prototyping, having worked at various companies including Lectra, LH Aviation, and Weiss Technik France. From 2018 to 2022, Mathieu served as the Responsable atelier R&D at Lectra, and held multiple roles at LH Aviation, where responsibilities included prototype assembly and maintenance of aircraft. Currently, Mathieu is the Responsable production at EXOES, following a role as Responsable production at Weiss Technik France. Mathieu's education includes a Licence in Maintenance des Systèmes Pluri techniques aéronautiques from Université de la Méditerranée and a BTS MEMA with distinction.
