Jan-Gert Brüning

Jan-Gert Brüning, PhD, is a Principal Scientist at Exogene, where they focus on the purification of TCRs and display technologies. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Research Scientist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, investigating the purification of human replication proteins and reconstituting human DNA replication in vitro. Jan-Gert completed their PhD at the University of York, where their research centered on protein-bound DNA replication and the accessory replicative helicase Rep. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Biology and another in Molecular Biology.
