Michael Tolstoj

Michael Tolstoj is currently the VP of Launch and Engineering at Exolaunch, where they lead a talented team in the successful launch of multiple satellite missions. With over six years of experience in the NewSpace industry, they have a strong background in launch management and small satellite separation systems. Previously serving as Mission Director, Michael has contributed to the management of diverse satellite clusters and the planning of launch campaigns across four continents. They hold a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, where they developed a fascination for space and rocket launches.
