Agnès Estay

Agnès Estay is a trilingual diversity, equity, and inclusion leader currently serving as the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at Exolum. With extensive experience in sustainability, Agnès has previously held roles such as Assistant Vice President of Sustainability at Moody's and Communications Manager at the Marine Stewardship Council. A committed advocate for underrepresented groups, Agnès actively participates in initiatives like Women In Banking & Finance and has successfully driven policy changes to enhance organizational diversity. Agnès holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Public International Law from Dublin City University.
