Jonathan Kerner

Jonathan Kerner currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Exos, having joined the company in 2024. In this executive role, Jonathan is responsible for growth initiatives, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, while also leading divisional budgeting, performance tracking, and investor relations. Prior to Exos, Jonathan held the position of Vice President of Finance at Cogni, where responsibilities included strategy development alongside the CEO and operational management as Interim COO. Jonathan's extensive experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley, where Jonathan served as Executive Director overseeing corporate credit lending for early-stage high-growth companies and managing major sectors in North America. Jonathan began a career as an independent consultant providing CFO services across various industries before working at Morgan Stanley in various capacities and beginning in investment at Castle & Cooke, Inc. Jonathan holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UCLA.
