Andy Williams

Andy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting with their most recent role, they currently serve as the Executive Vice President of Sales for Exotec. Prior to that, Andy held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Attabotics Inc., where they were responsible for leading business development, sales, marketing, and systems engineering. Andy also played a crucial role in transitioning the business from a startup to a commercially viable operation.

Before joining Attabotics, Andy worked at SSI Schaefer Systems International North America as the Vice President, leading logistics automation sales, application engineering, software sales, business development, and marketing. Andy achieved outstanding productivity and exceeded margin targets during their tenure. Andy also held the position of Executive Sales Manager at the same company, where they surpassed $1 billion in Capex sales within the MHE/software industry in North America.

Prior to their role at SSI Schaefer, Andy worked at Vanderlande Industries as a Senior Business Development Manager, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive business plan that increased new orders from $0 to over $110 million in North America. Andy also served as a Business Development Manager in the Distribution, Parcel, and Postal divisions.

Andy's career also includes experience at Zodiac Data Systems as a Business Development Manager, where they successfully implemented a sales and business development strategy that significantly increased company revenues. Additionally, they founded and served as President of both DBAR Group, LLC and Sharpview, LLC, companies involved in real estate development and construction.

At the beginning of their career, Andy worked at DHL Express as a National Account Manager and later as a District Sales Manager, where they achieved a top 1% national ranking.
