Giovanni Clement

Giovanni Clement is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering, cloud operations, and technical leadership. Currently serving as EVP Engineering and Head of Software Platform at Exotec since October 2025, Giovanni previously held roles including Advisory Council Member at Leroy Merlin and Global Chief Technology Officer at ADEO, where responsibilities encompassed software engineering, tech operations, and cyber defense across international entities. Prior positions include Product Unit Director at OVHcloud, where Giovanni led the Cloud Native Product Unit, and Technical Director for OVH's digital platforms. Giovanni's career also includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Clic and Walk, focusing on scaling technology for a large user base. Giovanni holds an education from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France.
