Mélodie Dupard

Mélodie Dupard is currently an HRBP at Exotec, where they continue to apply their expertise in human resources. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Staphyt and Kyrielys Groupe, focusing on HR support, recruitment, and professional development. They also held roles at Darty, including Campus Manager while completing their Master’s degree in Human Resources. Mélodie began their career as a Recruitment Operations Assistant at MG International and later worked as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Groupe HPM. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Commerce from EGC Lille and a Master's degree in Human Resource Organization and Diagnostics from Lille 1.
