Jamie Allan

Jamie Allan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

Starting in 2000, Jamie worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Agilent Technologies, where they developed firmware and software for cellular handset test instruments, with a focus on messaging, data transfer, and location technologies. They also led embedded instrument user-interface design/development and communications protocol stack implementations. Jamie remained at Agilent Technologies until November 2014.

From November 2014 to September 2018, Jamie worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Keysight Technologies. In this role, they were part of the network monitoring solutions team and developed software and solutions for lawful intercept of telecommunications network traffic. They led design and development of C++ based software solutions for passive probe-based monitoring of 3GPP S1-MME, S1-U, and S6a interfaces, focusing on 4G/LTE network monitoring.

In 2018, Jamie joined Illuminate as an Expert Software Engineer, a role they held until October 2022.

Most recently, Jamie started working as a Senior UI Engineer at Exovera in October 2022.

Overall, Jamie has demonstrated expertise in software development, network monitoring, and user-interface design in the telecommunications industry.
