Will Liu

Will Liu is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Partner for APAC Joint Venture at Exowave since February 2025, where the focus is on deploying innovative wave energy technology across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to this role, Will Liu was the Senior Business Project Manager APAC at BlueFloat Energy from April 2024 to June 2025, concentrating on market development and floating offshore wind project acquisition. Will Liu also held the position of Senior Manager in Commercial and Bid Management at Copenhagen Offshore Partners from January 2023 to March 2024, working on offshore wind project tenders in the North and Baltic Seas. Earlier experience includes managing commercial and consent strategies at Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Co., where Will Liu contributed to the financial closure of a significant offshore wind farm in Taiwan. Will Liu's foundational engineering experience stems from a tenure at Golder as an Engineering Consultant and Project Manager, alongside an impressive academic background including an MBA from IMD and advanced engineering degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of Waterloo.
