Stephan Kellner

Stephan Kellner is a Transportation Planner with over 20 years of experience in the field, currently serving as a senior project manager at EXP since 2021. Previously, Kellner held several positions at WSP in Canada, including Director of Transportation Planning for Quebec and Director of Operations, where they empowered teams to deliver exceptional projects and facilitated the application of operational best practices. Kellner’s expertise includes active transportation, traffic signals, and project management, all underpinned by a strong focus on optimizing operations. They earned a Master of Science in Transportation/Mobility Management from the University of Connecticut and a Dipl.-Ing. in Civil Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
