Stephen Outerbridge

Stephen Outerbridge is an Accredited Learning Environment Planner based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, specializing in architectural design for education, transportation facilities, fire stations, and municipal projects. With over 20 years of experience, Stephen has held various roles, including Architect at EMA Architects and Vice President at Sperry & Partners, where they contributed to notable projects like Fire Station 45 and the Portland Hills Metro Transit Terminal. Stephen earned a Masters of Architecture from Dalhousie University and a BA in Geography with a major in Urban Planning from Saint Mary's University, furthering their expertise with an ALEP certification from San Diego State University. Currently, as Design Director at exp Architects Inc., they work on several prominent building projects in the region.
