Joyce Chen

Joyce Chen is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Paid Media at Expandi Group since July 2024. Previously, Joyce held the position of Digital Account Marketing Manager at nitro from May 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading digital campaign planning and management across multiple channels. Prior roles include Media Planning Director at Isobar, where Joyce developed media strategies aligned with client goals, and Associate Digital Director at AKQA, focusing on digital innovations for Unilever in the APAC region. Joyce also served as a Project Manager at IRIX Design Group, overseeing vendor sourcing and resource allocation for project delivery. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Art in Information Management and English Language and Literature from Fu Jen Catholic University, obtained in June 2004.
