Brian Hurley

Brian Hurley has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the United States Air Force and the United States Department of Defense. From 2002 to 2013, they served as an Active Duty Officer and later as a Major, USAF Contracting Officer. In 2013, they joined the Air Force Civilian Service as the Deputy Branch Chief, Intel and Special Programs before being promoted to Supervising Contracting Officer and eventually Branch Chief, Intel and Special Programs. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Source Selection Officer at Eglin AFB, advising teams conducting source selections. In 2020, they left government service to join Expansia as a Business Development Manager. In 2023, they moved to the New Trail Corporation as their Chief Operating Officer.

Brian Hurley earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics from Campbell University in 1997 and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teaching & Instruction from Trident University International in 2004.
