Peter Boisvert

Peter Boisvert is a seasoned Strategy and Capture Professional with over 15 years of experience in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development and Capture Manager at EXPANSIA, Peter previously held roles at Mercury Systems, where they led a team focused on strategic portfolio expansion in microelectronics. A Marine Corps veteran, Peter also served as a Foreign Military Advisor, training Afghan forces, and managed numerous Marines as a Platoon Sergeant. Peter holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Northeastern University and is certified in Shipley Capture and Price-to-Win methodologies.
