Caroline Curry is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in driving organizational performance and client engagement. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Expansive since May 2017, Caroline leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing health and wellness, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while managing a team of over 50 professionals with an impressive retention rate of 80%. Previously, Caroline co-founded Frameri, where responsibilities included establishing a customer experience platform and managing communications, and held positions at SS|PR and MichelAngelo’s Event Company. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and is recognized for contributions to the optical industry as one of Vision Monday's Most Influential Women in Optical in 2015.
