Jason Rubin

Jason Rubin is an experienced professional in asset and property management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management and Property Management at EXPANSIVE since February 2020. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of General Manager at Elevate Multi Family from August 2018 to February 2020. Jason's extensive background includes serving as VP of Operations at PGS from 2014 to 2018 and holding multiple leadership roles at Active Power from May 2000 to 2014, where responsibilities included VP of Operations, VP of Manufacturing and Service, Director of Manufacturing, and Manufacturing/Materials Manager. Jason possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
