Jim Johnson, SHRM-SCP, is an executive HR leader with extensive experience in leadership development, talent acquisition, and strategic planning. From 2014 to 2022, they served as Vice President of Human Resources for Comfort Care Home Health Services, where they oversaw an HR team for multiple companies across numerous locations. They held similar leadership roles at Restore Therapy Services and Comfort Care Hospice during the same period. Currently, Jim is the Human Resources Director at ExpectCare, and previously led HR at Maynard Nexsen PC to enhance staff recruitment processes and streamline HR operations.
