William Kou

William Kou has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the semiconductor industry. William began their career at IBM in 1989, where they held roles as an Account Manager and Sales Principal, responsible for selling EDA software and PowerPC solutions to major clients such as AMD, Apple, and Sun Microsystems. William then worked at Lattice Semiconductor as a Regional Sales Manager, managing a team to win designs with major accounts. Later, at Chartered Semiconductor (now Global Foundries), they served as a Senior Account Manager, leading a team to win and grow business in the US.

Kou then joined United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) as a Senior Account Manager, securing design wins and growing revenue at key accounts such as Marvell and Freescale. At CASPA (Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Assoc.), they served on the Board of Directors and actively participated in various activities such as job fairs and annual conferences.
