Aaron Kerzner

Aaron Kerzner, PMP, ITIL, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational strategy, program management, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Loyalty & Identity at Expedia Group, Aaron manages financial and capacity resources for over 300 personnel with an annual budget of approximately $40 million. Previously held positions include Senior Program Manager at ADT, where Aaron led M&A integration initiatives, and Director roles at American Express, responsible for driving IT operational strategy and international program management. Aaron's early career involved IT service management and project roles at PwC and AT&T. Aaron holds an MBA in Management, IT, and Finance from the University of South Florida and a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Florida.
