Ankit Bhaskar

Ankit Bhaskar is an experienced professional in the fields of compensation, organizational consulting, and coaching, currently serving as Manager of Global Compensation Programs at Expedia Group since January 2021. Previously, Ankit worked at Korn Ferry, focusing on rewards and talent programs, and at Willis Towers Watson, leading compensation and benefits benchmarking projects and workforce analytics. Ankit co-founded Expereer, providing leadership and career coaching, and contributed to programs at the Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship at IIM Ahmedabad, as well as projects at PwC and DU360. Ankit holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and has completed various coaching and development courses.
