Barbara Johnson possesses extensive experience in product management and merchandising across various industries. At Expedia Group, Barbara served as Director of Product Management, leading the product vision and strategy for customer service, with a focus on AI-powered self-service experiences, and previously held the role of Senior Manager of Product Management for service agent CRM. At Filament Brands, Barbara was Vice President of the Private Label division, managing the global OEM business and overseeing strategic planning, sales, and product development, as well as driving business development for key accounts such as Starbucks. Prior experience includes a decade at Pacific Coast Feather Company in various merchandising roles, ultimately serving as Director of Merchandising, managing a significant portfolio of customer accounts. Barbara began her career as a Freelance Account Manager at Local Marketing Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and English from Xavier University.
