Jeff Williams has over a decade of experience in product management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Expedia, Inc. since May 2013, Jeff has previously held key roles such as Principal Product Manager at CA Technologies, Product Manager at Cingular/ATT Wireless, and ITSM at Safeco Insurance, demonstrating a strong focus on delivery, strategy, and IT service management. Jeff's career began as a Business Relationship Manager at Safeway Inc., where efforts were directed at enhancing service orientation within the IT organization. Jeff holds a degree from San Francisco State University.
