Jessie Ma has over a decade of experience in the cruise and travel industry, currently serving as the Cruise Group Manager at Expedia Group since March 2013. In this role, Jessie manages the Holland America Princess cruise line group inventory, focusing on maximizing revenues and profitability. Previous positions include Cruise Group Specialist, where responsibilities included managing inventory, defining amenity gaps, and providing customer support to franchise partners, and Cruise Product Coordinator, overseeing marketing initiatives and maintaining relationships with industry partners. Earlier experience includes a Product & Sales Planning Coordinator role at Silkway Travel & Cruise Inc. and a Marketing Assistant position at the Travel Agency of Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.
