Kylie Robin

Kylie Robin (Shuster) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of the Commercial Academy and the Director of Global Learning and Development at Expedia Group since May 2019. In these roles, Kylie has spearheaded the implementation of ServiceNow Onboarding, overseeing a team of over 20 individuals to enhance the onboarding processes for new hires. Kylie's leadership in designing the New Hire Journeys experience has significantly improved onboarding efficiency across the organization. Previously, Kylie held senior management and specialist positions where responsibilities included managing global teams, creating innovative learning experiences, and developing leadership training programs. Kylie's career began at The Advisory Board Company and includes roles focused on training and career management. Kylie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Hofstra University.
