Philipp Schlaefer

Philipp Schlaefer is currently the Director of Hotels.com for the APAC region at Expedia Group, where they lead the retail strategy and operations in North East Asia. Previously, Philipp held various leadership positions at Expedia Group, including Head of Commercial for B2C Southeast Asia and Director for Retail in North East Asia. Prior to their tenure at Expedia, Philipp served in multiple roles at Vodafone, culminating as Principal Manager for Proposition Development. They have also co-founded a leadership consulting group and gained early experience in sales and marketing through internships at SSK Int. Ltd. and Exportronic GmbH. Philipp is pursuing a BA in Business and Economics at the University of Basel and holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of East London, as well as an MBA from RWTH Aachen University.
