Sara Ikmal

Sara Ikmal is an experienced professional in business development and partnership management, currently serving as the Area Manager for the New Partner Team APAC at Expedia Group since February 2023. In this role, Sara leads a team focused on enhancing accommodation offerings within the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, Sara worked at FCM Travel Asia as the Business Development Team Leader for Malaysia from August 2017 to January 2023, contributing to corporate travel program management. Sara's career began at Frost & Sullivan, where responsibilities included developing key account relationships and executing market-focused events from September 2013 to July 2017. Earlier roles included account executive positions at CD Communications Group and Publicis Groupe, following a strong educational background with two Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Management from Taylor's University and the University of South Australia.
