Tracy Laughlin has over 15 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations and operational efficiency. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at Mercy, Tracy advanced to roles such as Human Resources Specialist at Securitas Security Services and Human Resources Coordinator at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included managing payroll, benefits, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
